803: Module 3: Adaptive Leadership Spark Video

I am so excited that this assignment not only helped me to solidify learning about Adaptive Leadership Challenges, but also provided the opportunity for me to try new software.  I now love Adobe Spark!  I will definitely use this again because adding voice was so easy!

This video was supposed to be 1 minute long but I could not cut it down any further.  It involves what I call a "micro case study" in the form of a 40 second video of popular TV show "Brooklyn 99"
